The request is a hold, not a booking.

Sending the form does not reserve a scooter or e-bike. Staff confirm station hours and availability for your pickup window before any deposit is taken.

Availability

Fleet counts change through the day, and a busy return point can run empty by evening. Wait for staff confirmation before you plan a route around one vehicle.

Age and ID

Riders must be 18 or older and show a valid ID or passport at the counter. Tourist documents are accepted.

Deposit

A refundable 500 UAH deposit may apply at pickup and is returned when the vehicle comes back to a designated point in the same condition. Details sit in the fee disclosures.

Helmet use

Helmets are included in the rental. A short safety briefing is required before the key or unlock code is handed over.

Late return

The per-minute rate keeps running after your period ends until the vehicle is docked. Overage sits in the same row as each period on the duration matrix.

Return points

Return only at designated points. Do not leave vehicles at sidewalks, metro entrances, or pedestrian zones where riding is prohibited.
