Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and any scooter or e-bike rental request submitted through it.
1. Service provider

Phone: +380 665 460 7273. This identification is given before any order, as required by Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.
2. Website use
You may browse the site and submit booking requests for lawful purposes only. You must not disrupt the site, submit false data or copy content without permission. We may suspend access where these rules are breached.
3. Eligibility and booking requests
Rentals are available to persons aged 18 or over with valid ID, who also meet the age limits set by the road rules. A booking request is an offer, not a confirmed rental. A rental is confirmed only when we accept it in writing and you pay the stated price and deposit.
4. Pre-contract information
Before you confirm, we provide in writing the rental price and payment method, the rental period, the return points and deadlines, the deposit and liability terms for damage, loss or late return, and the complaint procedure, as required by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII.
5. Safety and road rules
You must comply with Закон України «Про дорожній рух» № 3353-XII and Правила дорожнього руху, затверджені постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 1306: observe the applicable age, speed and helmet rules, ride only where permitted, and return the vehicle to a designated return point. Safety instructions are given at handover.
6. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data and use non-essential cookies or trackers only on a lawful basis, with a clear privacy notice and consent where consent applies, under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3860-IX and Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX.
7. Liability
We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault. We are not liable for indirect losses or for losses resulting from breaches of road rules, misuse or inaccurate information you supply, except where the law provides otherwise. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited.
8. Complaints and governing law
Send complaints to contact@xaeloria.com or +380 665 460 7273; we reply within 30 days. You may also apply to Держпродспоживслужба and/or the courts. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
