1. Scope and data collected

This Policy covers rental requests on xaeloria.com under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3860-IX. We collect name, phone, email, rental dates and return point, vehicle model, age confirmation, payment and deposit details, correspondence, IP address and cookie identifiers.

2. Purposes and lawful bases

We process data to perform the rental contract, verify age and eligibility, manage deposits and liability, give road-rule and safety instructions under Закон України «Про дорожній рух» № 3353-XII and Правила дорожнього руху, затверджені постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 1306, handle complaints, meet legal duties and, with consent, analyse site use. Bases: contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, consent.

3. Cookies and terminal equipment

Non-essential cookies and trackers run only with consent, respecting electronic-communications confidentiality under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX and № 3860-IX. Withdraw consent in your browser or by email.

4. Sharing, retention and security

We share data only with payment, insurance, IT hosting and advisers under confidentiality, or authorities where required. We keep it for the rental term, warranty, limitation and accounting periods, then delete or anonymise it. Security: access controls, encryption in transit, backups.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by emailing contact@xaeloria.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the courts.
