Pick a vehicle, a rental period and a return point. Ride cost is quoted first, and the refundable deposit sits on its own line.

04 · Fees and conditions

Four charges exist. Everything else is already in the rate.

Amounts are read out and confirmed at pickup, before you sign. The meter stops at the daily cap, and a late return is charged per started 15 minutes.

Mandatory before confirmation

  1. 1Rider is 18 or older and shows a passport or national ID at the return point.
  2. 2The 500 UAH deposit returns to the same card within three working days of a clean inspection.
  3. 3The daily cap stops billing at 990 UAH for scooters and 1,190 UAH for e-bikes. Overtime is not added on top.
  4. 4Damage beyond normal wear is assessed with you present and written into the return note.
  5. 5The request form holds nothing. Staff confirm the dock, the hour and the vehicle before pickup.
