Rental Terms and Safety Policy

1. Service provider

2. Prices and charges

• Unlock fee: UAH 20 per rental.
• Per-minute rate: UAH 6.
• Daily cap: UAH 1,200 per 24 hours.
• Mandatory deposit authorisation: UAH 1,000, released after return inspection.

All prices include applicable taxes. Charges are shown before you confirm.

3. Age, ID and rental period

Minimum age is 18. A valid ID or passport is required. The rental period runs from unlock until return at an authorised point. Maximum continuous rental is 24 hours unless extended in the app.

4. Return points

Return the vehicle only at designated return points shown in the app. Parking elsewhere may incur a relocation charge.

5. Safety and traffic rules

Follow Закон України «Про дорожній рух» № 3353-XII and Правила дорожнього руху, затверджені постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 1306. Wear a helmet, respect speed limits, use cycle lanes where available, do not ride on pavements and do not carry passengers.

6. Late return and damage

Late return is charged at the per-minute rate up to the daily cap, then UAH 500 per day. Damage or loss is charged at repair or replacement cost, supported by an itemised report.

7. Personal data and cookies

We process personal data under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3860-IX. Non-essential cookies and terminal-equipment access require consent under Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» № 1089-IX.
